Coast Distributors (Kelowna) Ltd. Regional Rates

1. All Weekly scheduled deliveries/shipments on Coast Distributors (Kelowna) Ltd. truck : BC Southern Interior, Okanagan/Shuswap, West Kooteney's & Lower Mainland:

Purchases of $500 or less - $18.00,  Purchases of $500-$1000 - $30.00, Purchases of $1000-$1999 - $40.00,

Purchases of $2000-$2999 - $50.00, Purchases of $3000-$3999 - $60.00, Purchase of $4000-$4999 - $70.00,

Purchases of $5000 and more - $80.00      

2.Common Carriers will be utilized for shipping to the following locations: Central & Northern B.C., Sunshine Coast,Whistler & Alberta

   Unless otherwise posted a maximum Pre-pay and charge amount of 9.5% will be charged on the net amount of the order.

3.Please call for shipping rates and policy for shipments outside of B.C. and Alberta. 

ALL REGIONAL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH 30 DAYS NOTICE     

WARRANTY RETURNS

We offer/extend  full factory replacement warranty on all defective products sold, provided the defect is caused by manufacturing and the item has not been abused.

NOTE: All returns MUST be approved by your sales rep and have the appropriate (COAST) paperwork attached or it will be returned to the store. The Coast driver will not accept (pick-up) returns without COAST documentation. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY within 30 DAYS

This policy is intended ONLY for products incorrectly ordered and NOT for inventory stock leveling.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the following guidelines:

1. Special ordered items are non-returnable

2. Customer is responsible for freight charges

3. All goods must be resalable and  in original condition - with no price tags

AFTER 30 DAY POLICY

Coast will also work with it's customer's under certain circumstances beyond the 30 days. In this case, ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED TO YOUR STORE.

GUIDELINES

1. A replacement order of equal value of the return may be required,

2. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied - no exceptions,

3. Goods must be current stock items, in original condition and all price tags removed,

4. Products with "best before" dates, batch color liquids etc., cannot be returned. 

Coast will not accept "special order" products or "seasonal items" for returns ie: (snow shovels, ice melt, fans etc.) 

Please contact your sales rep BEFORE any product is considered for return. Pre-authorization is a must!
